webcam drivers at start up
I have a new laptop with Vista Home Premium OS and when I start the system at the initial boot up daily, I get a pop up message that the webcam driver did not load properly. I don't have a webcam on this laptop and wonder how I turn this message off? As far as I know, I have the most recent BIOS files from Toshiba which may have affected the original drivers???
