Yahoo & RUNDLL32.exe
Hi, I recently installed Yahoo! Messenger and was careless enough (I guess) to 'gift' myself the Yahoo! Mail desktop application.
I quickly uninstalled Yahoo! but the shortcut to Yahoo! Mail on my desktop doesn't go away. Clicking on this shortcut link takes me to the Yahoo Mail webpage in a new browser window. The target path for this shortcut icon is: C:\Windows\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE C:\PROGRA~1\Yahoo!\Common\YMMAPI.dll,OpenURL http://mail.yahoo.com/?.intl=us&.redir=ymmapi9 Yahoo Mail! doesn't appear in Add/Remove programs. How do I get rid of this? |
