[SOLVED] Vista regedit will not let me delete

MagicJack put two files in hkey_local_machine/ system/currentcontrolset/enum/usbstor and when I try to delete them as advised by MagicJack instead of being deleted I get "cannot delete ...error while deleting key"' and I am logged in as admin.

Since this is the USB Stor I went to deviced manager and Sound 1. Reltec etc etc
but missing is the 2. which should be USB Audio Device and it just is not there. Checking other Vista computers it is there. This may have something to do with the fact that I cannot hear any thing over magicjack but the people I am calling can hear me.

This probably should have been cannot receive audio over MagicJack, however the immediate problem is why cannot delete these two keys? But as I thought about it it seems that this may be part of a sound problem.
