hi
i've been using windows vista and the PC camera for atleast 5 months. i want to reinstall my PC camera but when i go to uninstal it from START nothing happens, and when i try uninstalling/changing the driver from control panel the following message pops up:

InstallShield (R) Setup Launcher has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem
-> Check online for a solution and close the program
-> Close the program

when i click 'check online for a solution' a small window says Windows is searching online for the problem, the window closes and nothing happens.

everything has been working fine until a week or so ago, when my webcam couldnt display properly on windows live messenger.

operating system is Windows Vista
PC camera (driver) is VIMICRO USB PC Camera V
