TV Tuner problem!
I am using:
Windows Vista Home Premium HP Pavillion m9040n I have a TV Tuner card that does not seem to be functioning properly. It gives me no errors, but whenever I try to watch TV, it outpus it as a flashing purple mess. It doesn't display channeles properly, and it tends to flash on and off (The channel does) Can anyone help?  |
