Windows Vista Boots to a black screen
Hey guys,
I have a friend who installed some windows updates, restarted his computer, and then it boots to a black screen. What we've tried so far:

Ok so new progress. We have installed Vista on a different hard drive. Got the compute rback up and running. We threw the other hard drive back into the system. Windows reports that the drive is healthy, however when we double click on the drive is says it is unaccessible. Any ideas??
