Vista explorer Keeps restarting
Hi my explorer keeps restarting, I saw another guy with this problem but it did not work for me, here is the problem report windows shows up for me. Please help, I borrowed this computer from someone and has to return it tomorrow, and this problem has just started happening yesterday

The faulting module was viscommpgdec.dll, which is a Viscomsoft MPEG2 Video decoder. The exception code of 0xc0000005 means that a memory access violation occurred.
Looking at the original post again - the OP did not have Vista SP1 installed. That would be my first instruction. If you would like help with a similar issue to this, please start your own thread and send me a PM and I will gladly try and help you. I will be out most of today, but expect to logon at times.
