[SOLVED] failed to create reg key?

Hi my computer keeps saying when I download things failed to create reg key what does it mean.

it appears to be caused by an infection changeing the reg permissions

Well all I did was defraged it and that is what fixed it and I used Ccleaner to fix regestery errors thats what stopped it.
