Re: Err
Hi Slapshot. . .
Welcome back to TSF. Do a find using REGEDIT for the CLSID {619AFAEF-551C-46B6-B9EF-F6D674D14E5A}. What are the results? Also, check to see if you have the following: C:\Program Files\There\ThereRepository\{619AFAEF-551C-46B6-B9Ef-F6D674D14E5A}\ThereInstallHelper.dll This could be a linksys update gone bad - I just am not sure at this time. Also, please run msinfo32 from an elevated command prompt - zip it up and attach to your next post - it is system information. If you need any further instructions on the above - please let me know. Regards. . . jcgriff2

Re: Err
Hey slapshot
This issue relates to an old .dll file from Internet Explorer, usually IE5 ocget.dll Unfortunatley it looks like Microsoft have issued this .dll file and then retracted it, Internet Explorer still thinks it is needed and keeps trying to get the ocget.dll To resolve it, 1. Delete the file from your dekstop first of all 2. Click the Start button, select Run and type Regedit, click Ok 3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings 4. On the right hand side double click CodeBaseSearchPath 5. Delete the value so it is blank and select Ok and reboot 6. Internet Explorer will stop looking for the .dll Regards Craig
