Virtual PC Printing Problems
Hi.
Is this an XP or a Vista/VPC problem, I wonder? Have Vista on a new PC. Setup Virtual PC for XP use. When in XP mode, I can see my Canon AIO and am told it is [Ready] in printer properties, but I can't print. I print fine when out of VPC mode and running Vista as normal. Do I need to reinstall my Canon driver while running XP under VPC? Also, I use Microsft Money 2004 on my old PC with XP. Have installed on Vista PC and can see my files, but when I try to open one, I'm told that Money 2005 can't find or open the file because I don't have Administrator Permission (yet I only have my own Windows account and am set up as Administrator). I've also checked the path to which the message reports that it possibly cannot find the file in and the file is exactly where it is seeking for it. Where did the 2005 come from? Finally, am I the only person to think that Vista is an odd "improvement" on XP? ![]() Last edited by SebD : 05-26-2008 at 11:59 AM. Reason: spelling |
