Some of my programs can't be started and they give me this message. (The service cannot be started either because it has been disabled or because there are no enabled devices associated with it.)
They have a symbol attached to them which looks like the security symbol. It won't let me access system restore either. It also wont let me download anything from the net. i had comodo installed but i unistalled it a week or so ago as it's trial ran out but when i go into the security center to change it back to windows firewall it refuses to let me and it still says that commodo is the firewall. It's confusing please help!!!! |
