This has just recently happened to me, and I don't remember downloading anything strange but I've included an HJT log this just in case.

I have a Vista and my RAM is 204MB, if that means anything.

So what happens is my audio is always vibrating. Well, its vibrates for a few seconds, a few seconds its normal and then it starts vibrating again. This happens on all of my audio/video players although its not as bad on Zoom player.
This problem also affects the online videos as well, Youtube does loads just fine, but it only plays two seconds at a time and then it stops. If you drag the slider somewhere, it still does the same.
All other video players like Youku and Tudou still work the audio is just scratchy.

If I restart my computer its fine, but after a while it become vibrato and it's really annoying to restart every few hours.
