exe's messed up plz help

Hi, I recently opened a file which was a exe but it asked me to specify a program to open,so I just took winrar without thinking about the effects.And now all my windows,all my games every exe want to open with winrar,how do I let them open normally again without system restore (vista 32bit)

haha.... i did this once it's very frustrating theres an "exe fix" here:

use it and it will re-associate your exe files to make them open themselfes =]
