Cry [SOLVED] Random Comp Shutdown

I ordered and build a comp about a year ago and just recently (2 weeks ago) it will randomly shut down in random intervals some times its only on a seconds and some times it gets to the desktop i am...stumped to say the least

what does the bios list for the tempretures and voltages
do you receive any error messages
anything listed in the event viewer at the time

450W

Temps~
CPU temp- 21C (69.8F)
MB Temp- 23C (73.4F)

Voltages~
Vcore Volt- 1.26V
3.3 Voltage- 3.31V
5V- 5.05V
12V-12.16V

closest thing to an error message is when i first boot it says "*****WARNING: system BOOT fail*****
your system maybe overclock fail or post interupted."

only name on it is ATX switching and the +12V DC output is 15A ..is that what you wanted? its on a lil chart on the pwr supply box

min requirements on the 12v+ line
agp=18a
pcie=26amps
does yours only list 1 12v+ line
i did'nt look your m/b up but assume its pcie

their are only 3 lines on the chart specified below

Max combind watts~ 450W

you have a pcie m/b so you need to upgrade your psu
to what depends on if you intend installing a video card and which one
for now you need something like this

for future video upgrade you need to go to the 650w or the 750w version depending on the card you choose

yes well you are not going to run it succesfully on a 15amp output
the one i listed puts out 41amps
