[SOLVED] Computer keeps hanging

Hi I have a really anoying problem my computer keeps hanging everytime I
open an application please can somebody help me.

thanks for both I have tried it but it still sticks and I have just realized that it sticks at 100 CPU usage.

Try looking in Task Manager processes and performance tabs to see what is using so much of the CPU. Also look at resource monitor.
