PC Clean-up

Hi,
I'm looking for some advice. I am trying to clean up my computer as lately I've found loads of broken shortcuts which I want to get rid of. These files, when clicked on will not open - They are in the Temporary Internet Files folder - I've tried deleting them, yet they still stay there - even after a restart. I've tried deleting internet history, cookies, temp files etc.. none of which work

I've also tried ccleaner which won't work for the files I mentioned above.
I've attached a pic below of the error I keep getting....

Hopefully someone here can help. I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Re: PC Clean-up

Why does the title bar say Copy Folder?

Are you using an admin account?
