Need to find any other firewall in my computer

Hello
I wonder if you can help me, I have windows vista, and I have install e-mule, but it get the message that I’m behind a firewall my ip is 201.204.35.70.
I also have a router Linksys WRT54g Version 8, so I did open all port, and update all my firewalls in windows and Trend Micro Internet Security software
Is there any one that can help me to find our if I have any other firewall?

use Panda firewall
