Drop Down Menus and Scroll Bars Don'd Work
My drop down menus have quit working - just flash up and disappear. Also vista scroll bars won't stay put.
Checked for viruses and turned off pop-up blocker - still have problem. Suggestions - thanks |

I had a simular problem that turn out to be the mouse.

I am having this problem. I am running Norton 360, all says it is fine. (Including spyware, virus and so forth). After reading this tried a different mouse I am still having the problem.
