not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.CSSWeb.b

My computer has had a problem with automatically rebooting. I figure it probably has a virus. A friend recommended running on online scanner. Which I did, using Kaspersky Online scanner, it found an infected fail and gave the following problem "not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.CSSWeb.b"... when I searced online for adware it pulled up spyware/spybot and remembered a friend one time putting a spybot on their computer so I downloaded a spybot program and it cleaned my computer and I thought it would take care of the above... and just to make sure I ran the Kaspersky again and it came up with the same infected area as above.

What can you tell me?

Can it be removed?

How can I get it removed?
