very high cpu usage issue in vista....

I installed vista twice on a emachine t3604 pc and how come the cpu usage is very high it goes up and down from like at least 50% to 100% all the time, so as an result the pc runs slow and slugish anyone know why?

i also faced the same problem
but now it is fixed somehow
hope it has to do something with defragmenter which runs automatically(read some where)

ok open ur task manager and show processes from all users

and post the processes that useing the most cpu

hold ctrl+shift+esc
