vista running very slow
Today i was in the middle of playing a video, and all of a sudden the player closed and my computer froze. After trying to restart my computer, I noticed it took several minutes to get from where i type my password in to the desktop, sometimes not even working. When i would get to the desktop, it would take minutes for even the start menu to come up. Also it took minutes for other programs to open once i clicked on them. So far i've tried system restore, disabling all non system programs at startup, resinstalling my video driver, and tried using safe mode to run a virus scan. If anyone can please help me i'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
