Boardmaker

Hello everyone!
I have a program called Boardmaker v.6 with Speaking Dynamically Pro - that is a program for people who need alternative communication because their speech is not functional (for example kids with cerebral palsy, Down sindrome, autism,..). The problem is that I can't create a backup copy. I have tried with Nero, CloneCD and some other programs and they make a copy that I can't use.When I want to run program from a copy I get message that CD isn't original. Since I need that program for my work I'm afraid for this one CD that I have. The problem is even bigger when you think that I live in Croatia, and for any problem I have to contact firm Mayer-Johnson from USA. If somebody knows the solution of this problem I would really appreciate it.
My OS is Vista Business, 32 bit version.

have you tried using a program like PowerISO to make an ISO file and saving it to your hdd then burning the ISO to a CD (also done by PowerISO)?
