Eliminating Windows Vista Password
Evey 30 days or so I am prompted to change my windows user password. I am the only user of the PC. Is there a way to eliminate the password function forever from my PC?

To disable automatic password changes, open the Registry Editor by going to Start | Run and typing regedt32.exe. Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters Change the DisablePasswordChange registry entry to 1. ![]() |
