No Vista wireless connection
This could be a problem that you've seen before.
Wireless connection working fine till machine emerged from Sleep mode. After that I'm getting this message: "The settings saved on this computer do not match the requirements of the network." Router works fine with my XP computer and the Vista runs fine straight from the DSL modem. I've reset the router and tried sending the settings via flash drive to the Vista machine. Still the same message. If you can help I'll NEVER use sleep mode again. Thanks... |

Re: No Vista wireless connection
Try this for me
1. Click Start 2. Go to Control Panel 3. Choose Networks. 4. Select Mange Connections. 5. Right click on the device 6. Select properties. 7. Double click TCP/IP. 8. Make sure the IP address and the DNS are both set to automatic. 9. Click OK Cycle the power on the router. Repost please craig |
