Using Speedboost

Laptop running Vista Home Prem
I have a Cruzer 4GB Speedboost ready usb drive but when I try to use speedbost it tells me that there is not enough memory on the stick even though I have nothing on there.
If I then go through properties it says over 3GB is used.

How can I free the hidden space to use it as speedboost memory?

Many thanks

Re: Using Speedboost

You could try to format the flash drive through my computers

Re: Using Speedboost

Bear in mind, if you're using 32bit, it won't use more than about 2.5 gb ram 2.75 at best, depending on how much ram your video card has and things like that that take up PAE space
