Cry Wireless stops working after hibernating

I have Vista and I am having trouble adjusting. I like the new "memory" button that keeps your session in memory so I can keep working quickly after a break, BUT--I my wireless connection moves like a dial-up connection afterward. Also after standby. Why does this happen and can I fix it without rebooting?

I have tried disabling the wireless network and reconnection but I end up having to reboot. Anybody have any help for me?
