Hello gordon755,
I assume you're talking about a shortcut that will open to Tech Support Forum on your desktop. Go to your desktop, and right-click. Mouse over 'New', and a menu will pop out. Click Shortcut. A wizard should pop out, and ask you to type the location of the item. Type in Code:
http://www.techsupportforum.com You should have a shortcut that will open up TSF on your desktop.
