Printer Installation with Vista
I have a brand new Sony Viao laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium. I am trying, without success, to install a printer. I have tried both an
hp f414o and an hp f4180. Both printers either stalled during installation, or cam up with an error with an MSI scan THIS IS ERROR 1935. When i talked to the people at best buy (where i bought the second printer), they said if the hp f4180 did nto work there was something wrong with my computer's either software or hard drive. I even took the computer into my colleges Tech Service, and they could not help. I REALLY need a printer. Can anyone help? |
