Unable to delete problem file
Hi
I've managed to download something potentially dodgy, and can't get rid of it. I've managed to isolate it into a single folder but whenever i so much as hover the mouse over that folder I receive the following error message: ![]() In order to get rid of this message windows does a quick restart, the screen goes blank and then a blank desktop appears and everythng appears to work fine, although any open programs are closed. When I try to delete the folder it hangs on the delete screen saying something along the lines of "0 bytes left...deleting." and nothing happens. I can't get rid of it and I'm concerned about it. Any help much appreciated. Cheers |

Re: Unable to delete problem file
What you need to do is type redgedit in the Run screen and delete all the files that are related to the program. Make sure you delete the right stuff or your computer will get screwed up. if you dont know wat your doing i recommend doing a remote session with a person at beyondtechnical.com email them asking for a remote session and he will delete the program for you.

![]() by the way i think it's a song (or at least what i thought was a song) rather than a program if that's relevant. |
