USB issue (variations on a theme)
Hey,
I know there have been hundreds of USB-related threads and I have trawled through literally hundreds trying to find an answer but to no real avail :( I bought a brand new Packard Bell running Vista Home Premium a few months ago and as far as I can remember, my three ports worked fine. Recently, they started to be temperamental when it comes to actually recognising that something has been attached to the PC and now they've stopped altogether. There's no error message or anything, except that if I try and plug something into one particular port it shuts the PC down. As far as I'm aware, Device Manager and BIOS don't show any problems - any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
