You don't need registry cleaner softwares, those things usually create more problem than they solve.

If you're looking for a disk cleanup program to remove temporary files and such then there's one integrated in Vista :

Are you using Windows XP or Windows Vista ? You may want to change your operating system info in your control panel if you're using Vista.
