OS: Windows Vista :(

Making Vista look like XP?

I recently had the misfortune of being cornered into using Vista... so I decided to install the Ultimate edition... and god, I thought I accidentally installed Mac OS or something.

Are there any tweaks that would allow me to make it more like XP and less intensive on the GUI?

Re: Making Vista look like XP?

You can change the theme (right click personalize on the desktop). I like the classic look myself. Vista allows for you to browse the HDD for a theme so if you go to one of those theme download sites I bet someone has made an XP style theme or will soon.

Re: Making Vista look like XP?

There are enough Vista updates available that your system should be stable now . . just be sure to install all of them
