windows Vista Premium error message
Hi ,can any one help please It seem that my cdroom as gone am using Windows Vista Premium I put disc But no auto play so I loocked in my computer to find just the c drive no other drive mention so loock like the cd room as gone.I decided I will reinstall Windows Vista with the rescu disc but after a fiews minutes this error message come,,Error copying Vista.Wim to recovery partision Error code :4 I loocked everywhere on the web but no one seem to know the problem or how to fix it.

tap f8 when booting and see if you can get the boot option menu
if you do try last known good configuration if you don't get back in i would return the laptop for them to fix
