Programs not starting up because a RICHED20.dll file was not found.
I am running vista on my computer. It was running Fine for like the first month. Then out of the blue i went to click on AIM, and Itunes and it would not pull up. Instead an error box would pop up and say that the program could not start because a RICHED20.dll file was not found. I dont know what that file isand i dont know how idont have it. SO if anyone knows how to fix my problem so i can open up AIM, and Itunes. I would appreciate it.

Re: Programs not starting up because a RICHED20.dll file was not found.
Hi, welcome to TSF
![]() The file (RICHED20.dll) has become corrupt. That could be caused by malware (virus, spyware). Scan your computer and remove any malware. Or - follow these steps to get help from our security team. When the computer is "clean" you have to replace RICHED20.dll. The file can be downloaded from internet.
