How Do I Install Vista On A Partition Only?

I Already Have It Installed On My Pc,but I Want It Installed On A Partition,so That If I Have To Reinstall It,my Personal Files Wont Be Lost.

How Can I Do This?

Move your personal files to the other partition . . then if you have to reinstall, they are untouched.

Nothing like a non-destructive recovery . . it just saves your settings ( and files if you set it to do that also )
