Confused Vista keeps crashing :s HELP plz

Ok so basically i installed vista ultimate 64 about 2 months ago. I did a clean install. And ever since the relibilty of my machine has jsut eroded. It keeps crashing more and more often.

what video card and what psu do you have in it
turn off the auto reboot so you receive the frozen bsod and post the error in full
run
chkdsk /r

My psu is a crap, And my graphics card is radeon x1300/1550 seris

I ran windows memory diasnostics and it says there is an error with my memmory. So what shouldi do, i have 2x512Mb of DDR. Any1 reccomend a memory dianostics where i could find out which stick is corrupt?

Also here is some temp and voltage stats:

cpu temp=29
sys temp=27

cpu core voltage=1.42
DDR voltage=2.65

ATX +3.3v = 2.65
ATX +5.0v = 5.1
ATX +12v = 12.03
