[SOLVED] Vista freezing issues
Hi. i have installed vista on my second hard drive and like it but, it keeps freezing, i can be in the middle of browsing and it'll freeze, the mouse will stop moving, the num lock light won't change but the f lock light does, its getting really annoying, anyone got any ideas as to what is causing it, i have also posted for help on microsofts forums and here is a link to help fill you in more. thanks.

Re: Vista freezing issues
1) All your hardware has Vista Drivers for the Home P. edition ?
2) Are you using the right driver for the NVIDIA card ? 3) Try leaving 1 stick of RAM, just live 2GB or 1Gb as a try 4) Try without your sound card I would try this things just as a start... Regards Sergio

Re: Vista freezing issues
yes the drivers for vista are available
when you post your specs always include the psu details, the specs are not much use without them

Re: Vista freezing issues
you posted your specs and it reads....
"NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)" which uses a "Microsoft Generic" driver and not the official Nvidia one... go to www.nvidia.com and download the latest drivers for your video card
