Malware?
Hi I am unsure of what is happening - Receiving a pop up box stating that Windows Explorer has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution, then another box pops up showing windows explorer is restarting - then the boxes pop up in cycles and when I close out the popups to work on my computer I am unable to do anything - it continues the cycle of popups - I have Norton Internet Security 2007, have run a live update as well as a complete scan and all shows that I am secure = ? How can I get this removed?
I would appreciate any help you could offer! Thanks |
