HP Devices for Vista

Hi,
Have just run the HP system health scan and there is section called, Suggestions for optimizing. I dont know much about Devices and that sort of thing so i was wondering if taking any action is necesary and if it will have any effect for when i install vista, these are the Devices listed;

AliIde
PartMgr
PCllde
Pcmcia
Serial
Vialde

Oh yer, sorry forgot to say before, i have run upgrde advisor already and my laptop is suitable, but it said to check for any Drivers, Devices on the HP website. And thats why i asked my original question :)

look in their d/l section for your model,for any listed vista drivers
if there are any d/l them before you start and save them to disk
