Re: webmail
Do you host your website on the same LAN or outsource it? You will need an A record in your DNS that points to your exchange server i.e. webmail.ABC.com.

Re: webmail
Exchange has OWA (outlook web access) that allows for exchange mail boxes to be accessed via browser. If you are on the server or the local network can you access it? typically it would be something like http://servername/exchange or http://servername/owa.

Re: webmail
sorry about my previous reply...for some reason what you were asking for was not what I was reading...
maybe its something simple - try putting the network (workgroup) name in front of the login name. For example, when I want to access my work email on the exchange server at home, I have to type workgroup/username in user name field then the password as normal.

Re: webmail
If users from inside can access OWA then then it may be an issue with the firewall etc. make sure you have opened port 80 forwarding to your server. Unless you have changed OWA to run on another port etc...
Can you access OWA from inside that would be the simplest test for OWA to see if it is installed and configured correctly...
