Problem in Renaming folder in windows 2000 server
Hi Dear Tech support,
I have one shared dirctory called Temp in drive E: in that there is around 1500 directory there. Few users accessing that directory and all user have full control on Temp directory. now suddenly the users who is accessing folder in Temp directory and when he is creating folder it allow to create, delete,chage. but when they are try to rename the folder it give an error " Error in renaming file or directory" There has been Sharing Violation. Now if i try to create empty directory in drive E: and when i try to rename it, It also giving me same error Error in renaming file or directory" There has been Sharing Violation. update me very soon.
