Strange bug I am working on
My PC will connect to the net with no problems using IE, Steam, WoW, COD4...yet when i launch Firefox...nada...will not load a webpage.
I have delved into its options, messed with its connection settings, nothing works. It worked fine about 2 hours ago then I got a message to upgrade to 2.0.0.16 (or some such). I upgraded, restarted, then this started happening. I have since upgraded to 3.0 (no luck), downgraded to 2.0 and 1.0 (no luck). Rebooted everything I have over and over...changed settings etc...etc...etc... Anyone else have anything like this happen? I recently was infected with some malware but successfully got rid of it without many issues. I have scanned my PC for viruses and spyware, released/rewed my IP; still no issues... Let me know if you guys have had similar problems. Thanks in advance! |
