Cal's (Client Access License)

I'm sort of new to this and I was curious once you purchase CAL's for your server do they ever expire and if so how do you renew them? Thanks in advance.

They don't expire, kinda like the install of windows itself. There are different types of CAL's , such as Terminal Services, Server, and Exchange. Terminal Services CAL's are pretty picky and can only be used once, unless they've been removed through the MS License Clearing House and that's not too bad to do, but tedious.
