reinstalling OS

A friend give me a Dell Optiplex GX400 with Win2000 os in working condition. I want to reinstall the OS to factory settings but have no disc. Is there a way I can do this within the OS?

You can contact dell they may send you a CD for 10 bux and just charge your for the shipping. Since this is windows 2000 I am not sure if they do this for win 2k. You can buy win 2000 cd and key from ebay...
