Re: link my server with domains name
If you already have a domain name, you need to have the domain point to your servers IP address. For example, if you registered your domain name with godaddy, then you'd log in to godaddy to administer your domain and set the IP address for the domain to your public IP address for your server. You must ensure that you've got the correct ports (typically port 80 or 443 for ssl) forwarded through your firewall to the server. If you're running this on a home internet service, you may find that your service provider has blocked incoming port 80 preventing you from hosting you own website. If that's the case then the only real option you have is upgrading your account to a business class service that doesn't have those restrictions.
Once the domain DNS records have been updated, it typically takes from a few hours to a couple of days for the change to take affect.

Re: link my server with domains name
I'm not entirely sure you'd want to register a name server, if I'm not mistaken that makes the name server public, which I'd assume you don't want to do. What you'd register is your domain to your public IP address. If I'm misunderstanding what you're suggesting, please clarify. Typically if all you want to do is host your website, then you'd simply pass the applicable ports through your firewall to the server and make sure your domain records point correctly. Normally the DNS that is present on your server on your own network is for exactly that, your own network. The way it normally runs is that you have your internal computers resolve DNS to your internal server and then have you internal server forward any request it can't resolve to your service providers DNS servers.
