Re: cant boot my pc
See if you can boot in to safe mode by hitting F8 right after powering on. Once there, try running system restore to a time prior to deleting the files, or even better to a time prior to getting the virus.

Re: cant boot my pc
What OS? If it's 2000/2003, then boot using the install CD, use the repair option (should take you to the repair console), run a disk check (type chkdsk /r at the prompt) and see if there are any corrupt files.
