Verita Backup and HP AF230A
Hi all
i using verita backup to do my system backup. I have a seven scheduled backup jobs(Monday-Sunday). In HP AF203A, i inserted 7 tapes inside HP AF203A follow slot sequence with tape label Monday to Friday.My Problem is, For example, when the monday Scheduled backup job running, it support using the tape in slot1(Monday) but it keep alway jumping,sometime it use slot 2, sometime slot 3. Have any one have ideas to solve the problem.Thank You |

Hi,
What version of Veritas you are using ? If you are using 11D then you can expect these issues. My suggestion would be to upgrade to 12D (You will have to re-deploy windows remote agents though) Aksh |
