internet data splliter
sir i have 10 computers and one server with server internet connection shares other computers i have 1Mbps internet connection iwant to give equal data to all other computers like /10=100kbps ,1 system can utlize equal to 100kbps shoud not exide that i want software ,if 5 system at on that soft ware calucate the system how many copm are there that software /5=200kbps please sir i want that software please.

What you need is called a managed switch. You can limit how much bandwidth each user can receive.
