Re: remove start up program
rohisalian,
If the program is in the "Start", "All Programs", Startup group, open up your OS drive (usually Drive C:) with Windows Explorer, browse to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" and delete any shortcuts or programs listed here. If the Startup program is User-Specific, you'll need to browse to "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" where "USERNAME" is the user in question and remove any shortcuts or programs found here. If the program is NOT starting from the STARTUP folder, click Start, Run, type MSCONFIG and you can use this program to control auto-run services and programs that execute outside of the Startup folder. - John
