How to synchronize the activity directory user names in Exchange Server 2003
Dears,
In our company we are using exchange 2003 server, if I create any user or group in global address list it take lot of time to update client computer, there is any way to update client computer immediately. Example: I created lot of groups as follows: IT Management Sales Call Center Operations These groups will appear in our global address list as per alphabetic adder, but I need as per my wish for example I need Management in top Please help meeeee if any one can |

The GAL by default takes 24 hours to be updated or 48 in cached exchange mode. You can rebuild it and have each individual workstation retrieve a new address book but that's a hassle.
I forget where it is exactly that you rebuild it oops ;) NOTE: this is not Active Directory. This is your Global Address List for exchange. |
