How to synchronize the activity directory user names in Exchange Server 2003

Dears,

In our company we are using exchange 2003 server, if I create any user or group in global address list it take lot of time to update client computer, there is any way to update client computer immediately.

Example:

I created lot of groups as follows:

 IT
 Management
 Sales
 Call Center
 Operations

These groups will appear in our global address list as per alphabetic adder, but I need as per my wish for example I need Management in top


Please help meeeee if any one can

The GAL by default takes 24 hours to be updated or 48 in cached exchange mode. You can rebuild it and have each individual workstation retrieve a new address book but that's a hassle.

I forget where it is exactly that you rebuild it oops ;)

NOTE: this is not Active Directory. This is your Global Address List for exchange.
